Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting our small business. We truly appreciate your support and we would like to just inform you that we are a two man operation and our staps are custom made and depending on materials, orders, and schedules shipping may take between 1 - 3 weeks, so thank you for your patience. Shipping costs will be $5.00 and calculated per each pair for weight.
Please always be sure to double check the shipping and ordering address that you use from PayPal as well.
We will always send the shipment to the listed address, so if it is wrong, you will most likely never receive your shipment. This is your responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
There are no returns once the straps have been sent. We may reimburse you if provided evidence of a defective product. This is at our discretion however. If your straps are lost in transit, again at our discretion, we may offer you a complimentary or discounted set. We have no control over the post office and apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.
